Karaka has an open plan living/kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds plus there is the studio which is attached by a covered walkway and is available as a third bedroom. There is a large covered verandah and private garden to the estuary shore and a secluded outdoor bathtub with views across the estuary to the mountains.
Broadband internet access, CD, TV, DVD, woodburner, barbecue, shower, outdoor furniture, hammock. All linen supplied (cotton sheets)
Rate per night for two people (NZ$):
May 1st - August 31st: $160
September 1st - November 30th: $180
December 1st - April 30th: $200 (see below for exception)*
Additional guests per night: $25 (adult); $10 (child).
*Summer school holiday period December 20th - February 10th Karaka and the studio are $300 per night (flat rate up to 7 guests)
