Karaka has an open plan living/kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds plus there is the studio which is attached by a covered walkway and is available as a third bedroom. There is a large covered verandah and private garden to the estuary shore and a secluded outdoor bathtub with views across the estuary to the mountains.
Broadband internet access, CD, TV, DVD, woodburner, barbecue, shower, outdoor furniture, hammock. All linen supplied (cotton sheets)
Basic rate per night for two people (NZ$):
May 1st - July 31st: $160
August 1st - November 30th: $180
December 1st - April 30th: $200
Additional guests per night (all seasons): $25 (adult); $10 (child).
